  1. AI in HR is always an interesting topic. It is a growing field where more and more companies are looking to invest in the technology. Other drawbacks can be the high costs associated with AI, no creativity as AI has an algorithm which doesn’t let it think out of the box as well as possible threats of unemployment for people if AI robots are introduced.

    Other additional factors include disadvantages like AI having no ethics, is emotionless and no areas for improvement as AI is based on preloaded facts and experience. It would be interesting to see these drawbacks too and how we can overcome it.
